GUEST PLAYER REGISTRATION – 86th Annual SNF Basketball Tournament

GUEST PLAYER REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED WITH FULL PAYMENT BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22, 2026.

Entry fees are not refundable after the entry deadline. After this date, fees will then be declared forfeited. Entry fees are payable by check or money order to the SNF Athletic Fund. Please mail your check to:

SNF also accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You can pay by credit card through this site. Please note: a 3.30% processing fee will be added to all debit/credit card payments.

In addition to the guest player registration fee, please send the following required documents to athletics@snflife.org:

Copy of birth certificate
Proof of Serbian heritage

The SNF Board approved new rules for Guest players. Guest players
will have two options to be eligible to play in the tournament:

Become a member by purchasing a life insurance policy or
annuity.
Pay an Athletic Event Fee of $125.00 for ages under 18, and $250.00 for ages 18 and over. Payment is due with the application. The athletic event fee is in addition to the team entry fee. This fee will be assessed for non-member guests each year they choose to participate.

Membership products include the following:

Single-premium Life Youth Insurance (minimum face value
$3,000). Premium may be paid via a one-time payment, or over 2
or 3 years. Call the SNF Home Office for rates.
3-Year, 5-Year or 8-Year annuity. Minimum deposit of $1,000.

Attention Basketball Coaches, Managers, and students of Serbian Heritage Attending School in the U.S. or Canada!

If you are of Serbian heritage and not a citizen of the U.S. or Canada, and you are currently attending school in the U.S. or Canada, you may be eligible to play in the 86th Annual SNF Basketball Tournament!

Eligibility Requirements:

Valid passport from Serbia, Montenegro, or Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Student Visa or I-20 Form
Proof of Health/Accident Insurance
SNF Guest Application Form
Guest fee $125 (under age 18), $250 (age 18 and over) paid to the Serb
National Federation. (May be paid via check or debit/credit card).
